If you want to make your life hell then only join this company. Even if you are jobless and cant find a job still dont join this company. I regret each day WHY i did join here. AC is switched off from 1-5pm. No water in water dispenser. No canteen. The lights are turned off after 6pm. The floor and table is not even cleaned in a month. The dustbin plastic is changed once in 2 years. Absolutely no hygeine, 1 washroom per floor which is dirtier than public washrooms. Mosquitos in the building. The ceiling leaks water in rainy season. The owner and management does not give a _ about employees and treat you like shit No HR in the building. No additional perks are provided. If you take leave your salary is cut. If you want an yearly increment you have to sign a bond of 2 years compulsory or else stay at the same salary even after joining 3 years. 1/3/5th Sat working but they call you on all saturdays + expect you to work on sundays as well. There are more number of cctv camera than perks provided. Using cellphone during work hours is not allowed. And after all this if you say something against management they might take you to court. Schedule revision of salary as per policy not given to many employees but some employee got their revisions..Most imp. HR statement is that their is budget problem in our company and employee have similar names so their Exel sheet sometimes misses,these are the justification given by HRs.

Nothing good , worst company to work it, they consider there employees as donkey that they are paying money so we have to work 10-11 hrs a day. I do Not recommend this company to even my enemy, it's worst pharmaceutical company, degrading rapo of pharmaceutical industry

It's one of the worst company I worked in. Very bad culture, Harrasment for HO employees and very rude HR department, no support to Employees. Marketing department is worst, specially some guys who reached to the level of AGM and GM after 10-15 years experience in same company Harass new employees who join under them. Very late working hours No support from other department for cross functional work Reporting for every 1 our on daily basis, if not send they deduct your salary of the same day For expenses you have to pay from your pocket and many bills they don't accept and stop your reimbursement for long time and some time deduct as well. Multiple Reporting system - Daily Report, FW Report same day on whatsapp, detailed field work report same day after coming from field work No admin support - they do not provide stationary and files for there employees, some times employees have to spent there own money for the same, even people fight for space in the office, due to lack of space, very poor management. It's the best company for those who have less skill and don't want to grow. Best for retirement.

So many things; 1. You will not get appraisal if you joined after 1st April. (They promise you give you 5% after probation i.e. after 6 month but after 1 year at time of Annual appraisal they will deduct the above 5% saying they gave you advance increment even if they above 5% was joining increment. 2. You will be trapped in the office, no roaming in lunch breaks, you will realise the security have more power than you or your HOD. 3. You will never understand the HR policies be it leave policy, appraisal policy or anything, HR will say everything is mentioned in HRMS but you will never find it. 4. Your HOD have no practical power even if He is VP/CFO/President, the ultimate power stands with the Management 5. You will be using MS Office 2013 (If you are lucky) otherwise it will be MS 2010 6. Your TDS will be deducted randomly and when you fight they will say, claim in ITR. 7. There is no place to sit and you or your whole department will be thrown here and there as per the convenience of HR/Management. 8. The whole company work on Manual document, there are people who can't even use basic excel formula like Vlookup. 9. Nobody knows what needs to be done, instead everyone will push the issue to other department. 10. Owners don't care about staff, if they don't like you they will send you home (Even if you are VP) 11. If you stay in the company more than a year then you can't leave it because now you can not survive the real world now as you are using outdated technology and you have outdated knowledge. 12. There is no scope of WFH and there are strict timings, 13. No dress code, come in T-shirt or Jeans even on working day 14. Company collect benovlent fund from employee but will not send the money to deceased employee, instead will you the fund in business for new months. Also I have heard they don't send the whole money collected from employee. 15. There is no top up in insurance, further if you used insurance and it was not cashless then forget the money for 6-7 months, even though the insurance company will provide the fund and you will get the SMS from insurance still Macleods will not give back the money to you (Earn interest on you insurance money).
