Likes

The trainers and higher level management will help to survive under any situation & also helping hand for any employee. Its just like a family behavior. working as like friendly & quite sincere about the responsibility but ovarall its freely environment with co-operative team. The policies are great & best to every employee and for his familiers also.

There is not much politics but the more beneficial facilities and tools to be provided by higher management but plant level management denies to upgrade or implement it.

Job is very interesting and the training is very usefull for knowing about all the job responsibilities.the supportive team is helping to juniors and very kind & co opertive team members also.
