This organization is very well reputed and gives a lot of opportunity for employee's growth. Guarantees job security, salary/appraisal is good as compared to other companies in this sector. Also it indulge all employee in social works, esops & CSR activities, many organizational level competitions and games, also work life balance.

Dislikes

As its Solar EPC company, the working hours at site varies upto 18-19 hours also sometimes while in commisioning plant phase. Accountability and responsibility of people are unclear as they can give you any kind of work at any point of time to be done within a tight timeframe without any prior training or knowledge. This needs to be specific.

Well, First & foremost, I would say Mahindra SUSTEN overall reputation drew me in. I've been in operation & maintenance division for 3.5 years & Mahindra Susten has always been an industry leader in innovation and community friend standards. My favorite parts of job with Mahindra SUSTEN included the ability to work independently(trust from employers) & the people I worked with. It's great to work with people that care about their company & doing a good job. I don't dislike anything about Mahindra SUSTEN. We occasionally have differences of opinion, but I think that's a healthy part of a working in a team where all members are trying to do their best for the company.

I was responsible for our operation and maintenance department understand optimum performance of plant machineries & sustain with this performance with new targets setting up for achievement.
