This organization is very well reputed and gives a lot of opportunity for employee's growth. Guarantees job security, salary/appraisal is good as compared to other companies in this sector. Dislikes

As its Solar EPC company, the working hours at site varies upto 18-19 hours also sometimes while in commisioning plant phase. Accountability and responsibility of people are unclear as they can give you any kind of work at any point of time to be done within a tight timeframe without any prior training or knowledge. This needs to be specific.
