There are Rajasthani and Gujarati majority at their respective sites in states and the person from sone other state suffers a lot in terms of work ,leave and everything Rajasthani or Gujrati may spoon or do friendship with senior from his state and may make his job easy while someone from sone other state if he doesn’t spoon or bowdown before a senior he is asked to stay at site till 11 pm while the others may leave at 6 pm Also there is no work life balance...Read More
