As a freshers, we have to work a lot, so get to learn many technologies. People are approachable.

Company culture is very poor, since its a small company, the highest person in the company even knows the mistake made by smallest person in the company. Leave is never approved, People are going to festivals by taking Loss Without Pay. If performance is not gud then freshers of even 5 monthexperience are also terminated. so, job security is also zero. Casual leave also, they don't approve. Good in terms of job security. Appraisals are average but for those who are already on a good package.

Dislikes

No employee friendly policy. Only good tax benefits. Most managers cry if asked for leave. Senior tech managers are not competent enough for their roles. Flexible shift timings but some managers unnecessarily asks to come before a particular time. Some people are favourites of senior managers so all the tech innovation related tasks are given to them only. Others are provided with regular tasks.
