Your exp with Lupin depends on the who will be your reporting . in my case boss was absolute micro-manger & authoratian. Recently promoted . so hell bent on showing is authority . Not open to new ideas. His word was final even it is wrong. If you had good boss everything is great in Lupin.

During my tenure at Lupin, I valued the experience and growth, but there were areas for improvement. The compensation did not align with the industry standard for my role, and the consistent target pressure in recent years was challenging. Additionally, I felt there could be more opportunities for career advancement.
