No Growth, Security, Annual Leaves are Bi-Annual for Middle East employee, Extreme politics, untrustworthy teammates, Growth for boot lickers & good book employees only even if they are non-performers, No appraisal or rating system.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling company policies are good appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow there is a bound of 2 year before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

The main qualification for company is they should provide basic training for all employees, their should be an SOP to followo but lulu is just like a jail.

Salary on time and they are given chance to go out side India . But company culture very poor they prefer first South Indian staff

Politics and over pressure of sale floor manager using bad word , abuse for sale and mentally harassed . Any time they can extend your duty hr 11-12 hr duty . If you go to HR for the same then manager will say how can you go to HR
