There won't be any consideration if you are not belongs to management family member or native. The won't be any growth if you aren't comes under this criteria or else you have to become backstabbers. Salary scale and increments are low when considering current market. No salary for OT

As a IT Support, there is no growth with skills or advance technologies, and Real political management, especially IT and Accounts Departments.

A real political management, especially IT and Accounts departments, if you have compliant against politics, management try to transfer the department, eg:- IT person if complete, they will give offer to change to Buying, IT support how to become comfortable with that hehehe, really shame on that kind of experience with Lulu Group International, I really spoiled 8.4 years, my bad luck
