- We are seeking an experienced Finance Controller to lead the financial operations of our hospitality business. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of post-qualification experience as a CA with a deep understanding of hotel finance operations, budgeting, taxation, and cost control.
- Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification with 10 to 15 years of post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of hotel finance operations and industry-specific financial practices.
- Expertise in budgeting, cost control, financial planning, and taxation.
- Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the financial health of the hotel and ensure efficient financial operations.
- Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and cost-control measures.
- Ensure compliance with taxation laws, financial regulations, and industry standards.
- Monitor cash flow, revenue management, and profitability.
- Prepare and present financial reports, forecasts, and performance analysis.
- Implement internal controls to safeguard company assets and prevent financial risks.
- Collaborate with senior management to support strategic business decisions.
- Manage payroll, accounts payable/receivable, and financial audits.
- Utilize financial software for reporting, forecasting, and accounting processes.
