Work life balance to some level is there , that also when u have a manager who is not toxic. Many toxic managers are there who make life miserable

Dislikes

Office politics is very bad. There is a circle of people in the floor who will just promote their own people, favouritism is at peak. It’s incompetency over talent in ltsi! Poor HR structure and their performance

The work life balance at Lufthansa is amazing. Work hours are flexible. You also get travel opportunities.

Dislikes

Hikes are very less. Opportunities afor promotion / climbing up the ladder are extremely less. Lot of favoritism goes on. You need to be a good licker.

Relaxed work culture, Good health benefits. Brand name.

Dislikes

Work place politics based on community and gender politics. No growth opportunities. Low payscale. Even though the company declares it has POSH policies implementation, still SH prevails at large across the floor, and the victim is not protected in the face of top management politics.
