Everything , I wanted to give negative rating. Learning is zero, they have their own framework which is not used anywhere. Only work and no life balance. Your career and confidence degrades as time passes. Worst management, three people company, no appraisal policy, have to beg for your own salary and bonus. Long working hours due to lack of employees

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
