I Was senior executive in the company, i had given lot of decision making power and given lot of opportunity to learn and there is no politics in the company and all mangers and senior managers are very co operative and continuously teaching to juniors.

Teammates are supportive and the management don't know how to work.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Management has no clue on technical knowledge. Procurement, business development and plant team are very slow or consider as useless. Everything is depend on one person. If management is behind you they make sure your life become hell. No business module, no planning, no target nothing only politics.
