Very Rude behaviour from senior and work culture is totally disappointed. Working Hours not clear , totally 12 hr per day. You can't take person leave . Some time week also not taken due to Senior manager always notice you.

Work culture is very dynamic and right form for any Startup to work. Paid well but that’s only during entry. Yearly appraisal cycles aren’t motivating.

Transition in place post pandemic. Young organisation and there’s lot on shoulders for each individual working in any level. It’s a flat organisation.
