Working culture is nice, management is also doing somewhat ok to satisfy there employees, about policy for appraisal is quarterly, they will increase ur salary by 4% to 8% don't expect to much

Dislikes

They are not using technologies in proper way, most of the time old outdated approach is used in projects which is very hectic & time consuming, & they hardly review there employees code, means every one will write there shit and make product worst & difficult to scale

The job is quite interesting, even it's product based I got many opportunity to work on something new and innovative which I like the most
