Yes they are good supporting all the employees throughout this tough times..No layoffs..instead multiple hiring and all in senior positions

Likes

Nothing. Worst management. Doesn't care about your mental health. Force to work on weekends. They don't hire resources therefore more work pressure. Working culture of 14-15 hours.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
