I don't recommend this company at all. May be the company is having good policies but the team and the manager whom you work with matters right. My manager was showing partiality in promotions and recognitions. But the team ( internal client )i was interacting with are US citizens they were very nice people and multiple times my name was put forwarded for awards within my tenure of 3years. Reporting Manager gave hikes to people who always likes his pictures which he posts and be in good terms with him. Around 6-7members left the team because of this attitute....Read More

Manager was never appreciating the efforts. He always keep the credentials of dbs / remote servers and not shared with anyone. Just to have a dependency on him. I won't recommend this kibd of work culture to anyone.

Here Managers are concerned only about work assigned to you eod. They are not doing micro management.

No Food. No good annual hike.Still cmpny has to grow a lot in terms of various processes .No Onsite.If they sending onsite then maximum for 2 weeks.Lots of work pressure no body to help you. No Annual Shutdown. No Diwali Gift.
