I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. I like the overall company growth in other division ( other than software). The company is outperform eveywhere but lack the decipline and culture in software division.

Dislikes

the software division business planning and future growth. They hire without any plan and later try to adjust . Also in india there is no authority in taking decision and manage by Isarel. Top management save their jobs by firing the new joinees .there is no reason for firing people except that they hire more and now try to fit.
