Since the amount of opportunities growth, work pressure is increasing exponentially. Swift hiring and team expansion is the need of an hour with HR department.

Lots of learning. There was a bit of pressure but there was a lot more exposure to new technologies and the people here are very understanding.

Poor Work Life Balance Not every Saturday is off(1st and 3rd are working) No proper overtime pay policy

Everything. Its torture to work in such environment. Its amplifies even to unbearable extent when resign from job and serving notice period. Higher lever people taje advantage of their position and pressurise very unprofessional way. No as such promotion procedure if CEO thinks then he gives ,again thats highly unlikely even within t eam of 3. No regards for employee health. No qualifies product manager, they bring new requirement on the day of production push, Saturday's are working, they bombard you with so much work that even your Sunday is gone by in working.
