Lots of learning. There was a bit of pressure but there was a lot more exposure to new technologies and the people here are very understanding.

Poor Work Life Balance Not every Saturday is off(1st and 3rd are working) No proper overtime pay policy

Teammates are supportive and the some members of the management are empathetic and understanding.

Dislikes

...rding to the whims and fancies of the CEO who is the world's best micro-manager. Compensation figures look pretty but beware of the bonus component which is a part of your CTC because your are not going to realise even a penny of it, despite you being the best employee. Beware of appreciation coming your way because the next thing you know, you are pushed under great work load and pressure because your only mistake was to be better than others at that job. Overall it's a must have great experience mandatory for any fresher to first get KICKED and then to START (kick start) their career.

No freedom to work. Founder dictates and you have to run and so the work. You cant discuss you cant voice your opinion If you say to the founder you are good. No HR HR is a Joke

What excites me as an individual is the great vision and roadmap of the organisation. Along with the vision what matters is the TEAM; which is upgrowing. Looking at the cultural aspects, having a young team focusing on smart work rather than hard work is the fascinating part of the organisation. Learning and growth of individual is definitely scaling up with the amount of the opportunities obtainable here. Feels great to be part of organisation and looking for the impactful performance to upscale the growth of the organisation.

Dislikes

Since the amount of opportunities growth, work pressure is increasing exponentially. Swift hiring and team expansion is the need of an hour with HR department.

Get good exposure to all technologies. Again thats depend on your will to learn.

Dislikes

Everything. Its torture to work in such environment. Its amplifies even to unbearable extent when resign from job and serving notice period. Higher lever people taje advantage of their position and pressurise very unprofessional way. No as such promotion procedure if CEO thinks then he gives ,again thats highly unlikely even within team of 3. No regards for employee health. Higher ups can threaten to destroy carreer of one for ego issues.
