The work culture is very good. Work-Life balance is awsome. In management side some work needs to be done. Carrier growth is okay. Employees can gain more knowledge in different fields. Overall good company.

Dislikes

It is difficult to change the position in company. Salary growth is less for employees they are working for more that 2 years. Job training is not given to new joiners

A great place for freshers to work in latest digital front end technologies. Helps freshers to understand the design cycle quickly.

Dislikes

No proper mentorship for freshers. Lack of senior members in FPGA teams. Managers are over stretched that they dont have quality time to spend with their team on discussing real problems.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
