First off, let us tell you how grateful we are for your feedback. As a young organization, we are learning and growing every day, and are truly making an honest effort to being better than before, in line with our values. We have recently introduced an Unlimited Leave policy. The squad holds the members accountable, so as long as the squad is fine, nothing in the policy holds a Log9er back from taking time off. Many more exciting things are on the cards, but all in good time.
