It is a poorly led so called wannabe IT company, they would be well off better selling sarees instead of providing IT services. People have 0 technical knowledge and experience and the HR are the worst and most toxic and crooked people i have met in life, and they will carry my bad wishes going forward. They are mostly out of work and people are sitting idle a lot of times not doing anything but still are asked to complete 9 hrs. They provide poor service to whatever numbered clients they have, Very small company with 0 growth aspects in terms of salary as well as learning. People are either there due to bond or due to being stuck there for years as they like to sit idle and they have 0 skills. All people who had any worthwhile technical knowledge have been either fired or have in their good minds parted ways with this pathetic company. They sell themselves as having offices in 5 countries (lol) all while they are unable to get even 5 clients. It is the sister company of instaAstro which in my opinion is the main company and binmile exists for tax purposes like benefits etc. The only way binmile earns money is by taking bond money from freshly graduate students who want to work in any situation, but they should understand that an unpaid internship at even an unfunded startup would be better than wasting 2 years of your life under such a company without any good mentors or projects. Still I have seen freshers putting in their best work working even on weekends but at the end they recieve no pay raise, recognition or any extra benefits, and also get scolding for not completing 9 hours in office. They only loot the clients and give them extremely poor service, many of them have written about it in their google reviews also, you can read the latest reviews and decide yourself. I'm writing this out of sheer frustration with how Binmile Technologies Pvt Ltd has treated it's employees. The company claims to follow a Full and Final (FNF) settlement policy, but in reality, they fired employees on the spot without notice and then failed to process the dues even after the promised 60 days. Despite multiple follow-ups-emails, calls, even trying to visit the office-there has been zero response. They won't even let employees enter the premises to follow up in person. The work environment is chaotic and unprofessional. There's no proper structure, HR practices and practically non-existent, and accountability is missing. Worse, this isn't an isolated incident - Binmile has a habit of misleading employees and clients alike, making false promises, and ignoring basic legal and ethical obligations. To anyone considering a job here: Stay away. And to Binmile: Process the pending FNF settlements immediately. Delaying rightful dues only proves how little you value your employees and your own reputation....Read More

Job security is practically non-existent, you could be laid off the same day you're released from a project. Imagine getting a call from HR at 6 AM, asking you to return your laptop to the office, with no prior notice of termination. The 90-day notice period isn’t about project handovers; it’s a tactic to retain you against your will. I really like the company culture. Team members help each other in time of need and managers are open to having conversations and discussions. There is a lack of hierarchical structure and you are more than welcome to present your views in the meeting. Unprofessional and unethical! I joined Binmile Technologies in June 2024, working on the Blabber project, but within 3 months, they abruptly canceled it because they couldn't complete it on time due to a lack of proper structure and planning. This highlights how weak the company is. They then forced me to resign, claiming they couldn't pay employees. Despite promising to settle my pending September 2024 salary in 60 days, they now blame the client for non-payment and keep delaying without accountability.
