Since an open door culture is practiced over here, individuals are easily reachable. Especially the seniors and management. They are always ready for discussions and exchange of ideas. This helps in creating a bond amongst the employees is what I feel.

Likes

The management introduce special policy for Covid. They extend our leaves so that we can take them if we want. Regular salary was also given. We survive in Covid due to this. Thank you, management.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
