I liked way the company handle the pandemic situation by offering its employees an opportunity to work from home. Its employees -centric policies that it gave before the pandemic. I would appreciate the company for supporting its employees during their tough times.

Its Senior management and their ego. Its not difficult to deliver on Lodha project but difficult the handle the mind set of your own boss. So, its completely depends on whom you are reporting irrespective of your performance. If you are average in your performance but good with your reporting manager then its good. but even if you are very good in performance but average with your reporting manager the you will have the issue....Read More
