The onsite environment was good and that's the only good thing that came from the 1 year stint with Lionbridge.

Dislikes

Toxic work environment, inefficient high level management executives who have no idea about the skill sets of the team members. There is no training given to employees. When the client has an issue, the organization/manager does not offer any support to the employee. Don't take up employment with Lionbridge unless you are extremely desperate.

I was part of their team deployed with a technology major for whom we did NLU/NLP linguistics, chatbot parsing and other AI linguistics related work.

Pay is very less for experienced people, but freshers pay is good and equal to experienced. If we miss to negotiate before joining, then it is a big loss to our Carrier. And appraisals are very bad. No cafeterias and place to eat. We used to eat at work places. No cab facility also.

Appraisal is dependent on who is your manager.... because my manager is totally dependent on behaviour not on performance.

Partiality it's depending on how you ruled with your manager.....more importance is given to dependent on manager but they are not working in the single project and also they don't know the process of the project

Generally mu working with my first manager is where chilled and nice.... learning is more helpful in the first project....when i shift to second project with different manager at night then it totally different.....he don't know anything in the project.
