The management mostly Just how everything is handled by someone who has not worked anywhere before. The rudeness and condescending tone of some people and a lot of other things. Also, didn’t receive a relieving letter or an experience letter because i left in my probation period(that was never mentioned in the offer letter) Withoutserving the notice period Hoping to receive my dues by month end at least (hoping, not expecting). All in all a good place if you want to keep your mouth shut and work but if you want your opinions to be heard and especially if its about someone you are working with then forget about it. Also, you will be made to work on things that you don’t want to in the name of startup culture just because it is going to generate revenue and they will do this without your consent....Read More
