I've been working here for the last 10 months and it has been a great experience. LineupX is an early-stage startup and working here has definitely improved my life personally and professionally. Our CEO always encourages us to learn and quite often tells us to read books, take up courses, etc. The people I work with aren't typical coworkers who wants to slack off but are equally motivated in learning and contributing to the company which makes me not to hold myself back. The best thing about this company is if you are skilled enough then you could actually take lead and create an impact on the product and customers.

Dislikes

I doesn't dislike anything in specific but I do sometimes feel like there's too much work back-to-back because we are at a rapidly growing phase and work needs to be done on time.

I Joined Lineupx as a Backend Developer in Year 2022, Through this journey of 1 year, I learned to take large responsibilities, worked on great Technologies. Overall It has been wonderful journey. Company Culture is great. Founders themself encourages employees to contribute more on professional and self learning and development. We have a great Tech Team of Developers and Designers, who are currently working towards building a great product.

One thing that I really appreciate about my company when it comes to promotions and appraisals is the transparency in the process. The company has a well-defined performance evaluation system with clear criteria and metrics, which are communicated to all employees at the beginning of each evaluation period. This helps us understand what is expected of us and what we need to achieve to be considered for a promotion or a salary raise.

As an employee for the past four months, I appreciate the company's emphasis on skill development in recruitment and potential growth potential. The company offer training, career progression opportunities, mentoring, coaching and performance appraisal. The culture of continuous learning encourages employees to stay up to date with industry trends and learn from experience. Overall, I feel that the company's focus in skill development and growth potential has provided me with valuable opportunities to learn and grow as a recruiter.
