I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. Compensation is deduction, No growth, timely salary and convence not received,no good environment, I have to work 24*7hour straight day and night. I have to attend clients call in 24*7 hour,no facilities provide by company in 24*7hour working hour.

HR Head is not good here as he never listens the managers words ...as whole the mangers are taking the work from the there teams and they will complete the task on time but at appraisal time only HR head play the major part and he do the better appraisal to who talk to him sweetly and who is in touch with him in phone calls and msgsbut never know what is the technical team works like anything to complete the task within the timelines and getting project and business success At final appraisal time every hardwork will be ignored and considering only bucket people who never done any such contribution in any manner only manging with sweet words which is never help in the work completion and business growth because ....still more but now it's enough I think...Read More
