Supportive colleagues, Guidance in work is good. No such support from managers and heads, no career path for employee.

Dislikes

No promotion policy is major drawback of company, evaluation system is 4 dacade old, not any personality development activities conducted ever in company, they only need work from employee, even for high risk job person company even don't provide insurance. HR policies are really poor here, HR department is totally thinks in favour of management only.

My job is quite interesting here , I have to travel across the glob for machine installation and service. Company provides good facilities for travelling, but as compared to traveling days and work load they hardly give any travelling insentive.

Only thing I liked about company is owner is supportive in terms of OT for workers. Most colleagues are good.

Unprofessional unskilled local HR head who is serving carelessly and ruining reputation of company. ITI holder (High skilled) staff promoted and new joiners (B Tech holder) report to them. I have seen insecurities in them while explaining things. Engineers are not expected to sit during duty hours, no matter if there is any work or not. Nothing having secured job because LOM has a boss oriented company. In there no government rule applies. Policies change every two month. Company never full fill their commitment which was given to employees at the time of interview.

For me working non stop every minute of your work hours was an enjoyable experience. Work timings and work speed desired the management is extreme. Most donot enjoy this work atmosphere and feel restricted & constrained. The generosity of Mr. Uday Patel (owner) displayed towards his employees in the form of gifts during each Hindu festivals... especially during Diwali festival..

Dislikes

The unprofessionalism of the top management in understanding and decisions making in most of the matters. The dependence of management on junior level employees to arrive at most of the matters is trully disturbing. Uncertainty in matters of employee development, training and retention is very poor.
