Service department middle management very very unskilled.they even don't know hot to talk with staff . Full politics in that department. Also some very poor unskilled manager in service department even they don't go on field and they advise to senior service engineer 😍😍 Only they like to sit in AC office.

Promotion policy they promised but not given to people very bad managers and that job is only for residential like other state people not for gujarati please don't go as gujarati please don't apply if you are gujarati.
