a system engineer

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety

When i joined LImeroad it was like a family and I really liked working there however as the time passed I came to know about the people and managers. They are pathetic. Limeroad is a company which runs on "Ji huzoori" and people who are good at saying yes in everything. Politics everywhere. You dont get things on merit, you get things on "who you know".

Dislikes

Very bad company. No management. No HR, No CEO. Everyone has the same "chalta hai" attitude. Pathetic work environment. Do not join limeroad if you want to grow. Join only you are one of the people I mentioed above.
