Systems here made me realise, what it is to rise again after I fall. I have versatile tasks to handle. You will be made to master the tasks well by showing where you need to to improve and strengthening your knowledge on different aspects of it. This makes you so good that you can actually help your colleagues or juniors to develop them. The organisation also give you a platform for this knowledge sharing to happen across level and across departments. Where in indirectly the organisation grooms you so well that you become a team leader. Higher management Dy CEO Ms Isha Popat, Founder & Co-founder Dr Subroto Das & Mrs Sushmita Das has all to motivate you. They will let you fall, they will let you fell the heat but will never leave you in the middle of the way. Dr Das has a great saying, either I will make you or i will break you. Trainings, lectures, conferences, workshops, NGO fairs & events, everything mostly everything, organisation manages by themselves irrespective if the program is on National or International lever. At the end of the day, you feel blessed to be a part of Crusaders, who train people to save lives. During COVID times, entire management and accounting team was on their toes to work for their employees. No salary deduction, no delayed salaries. They have quit long routed permission systems which at times, lead to gap in communication. No casuals on Saturday. Since mostly all programs are being handled internally, it is much stressful during conferences & events.

The challenges thrown at us everyday make the job anything but monotonous. If I had joined any other company, I would not have been able to learn as much as I did within the time duration I spent here. The CEO, Dr Das, constantly tells that he will either make or break you.. and only if your mentally prepared to work hard and push yourself to be a better and more efficient person, will you be able to enjoy working here. I was in the training department and I first hand experienced how management took care that you are given challenges that push you out of your comfort zone and teach you soo many new things. And you are allowed to make mistakes and learn from them.. You are also taught to observe and learn from soo many subtle things.. the thought, time and energy invested in the employee constantly surprises me! And your work will not be specific or closed but you will get to dabble in a plethora of things! Even during the lockdown, the management made sure that all employees did get work and timely salary every month! And if you are open enough and honest to your work and with the employers, they will even help you going out of the way or help you during your difficulties.! The work life balance gets a bit disturbed and you sometimes end you sacrificing your leaves, especially during the times when there is an important conference or event to be organized, but the teachings you receive from the time you invest more than make up for it. There sometimes is an increase in shouting in the office. I started working with LLF on Sept 2018 in the training department. Working as Trainer comes with great experiences and Challenges daily. I had a little bit experience working in a Non profit organization but this was an opportunity i got where i was able to tailor my skills and capabilities. Everyday our CEO Dr Das motivated us to thrive in everything we did. My Manager Ms Isha , Mr Ravi and Mr Shukanto has been one of the best mentors and coach who have helped and motivated me to do better everyday. Also special thanks to my team who was always up for every Challenge. There were some hard days but i think this is what teaches us in preparing for the future. I started as a Management Trainee in Dec 2017 in the Training team department. Without a corporate internship experience, the period I worked with LLF was incredible. I was trained initially to deliver training related topics to the masses in multiple languages which included the precise medical jargon so the attendees get a maximumbenefit out of the programs. Since I've never had prior experience to speak fluently either in Gujarati or Hindi on stage, the entire Training team was very much supportive and emphatic as they helped me get better day in and day out. There are no hard and fast rules or culture and thus, it helped me in a lot of ways to be self-conscious about the dos and donts of working in the company. The office staff from other departments where all like a family and the entire LLF faculty listens to three peers and their reviews who are old respectable employees. Office work culture is good and family like. Dr Das, CEO and Founder of LLF is available all the time despite his busy schedule and he provides the best of solutions to any situation. I learnt a great deal of etiquette, training and tutoring, educating and spreading awareness on most essential topics like CPR and first aid, recruiting nurses and paramedics for OHCs and a little bit of marketing and administration. Working here gave me an opportunity of visiting industries, factories, hospitals and public gatherings to sensitise the common public about CPR and first aid programs. There are no major dislikes to talk about. This is a great place to learn from unless one has the determination to manage multiple responsibilities of growth within a short period of time. For me personally, I didn't have much family time to spend or any other recreational activities to do.
