I started working with LLF on Sept 2018 in the training department. Working as Trainer comes with great experiences and Challenges daily. I had a little bit experience working in a Non profit organization but this was an opportunity i got where i was able to tailor my skills and capabilities. Everyday our CEO Dr Das motivated us to thrive in everything we did. My Manager Ms Isha , Mr Ravi and Mr Shukanto has been one of the best mentors and coach who have helped and motivated me to do better everyday. Also special thanks to my team who was always up for every Challenge. There were some hard days but i think this is what teaches us in preparing for the future. I must say i have learned a lot from LLF and its employees and one of it is "never say never"....Read More

I started as a Management Trainee in Dec 2017 in the Training team department. Without a corporate internship experience, the period I worked with LLF was incredible. I was trained initially to deliver training related topics to the masses in multiple languages which included the precise medical jargon so the attendees get a maximumbenefit out of the programs. Since I've never had prior experience to speak fluently either in Gujarati or Hindi on stage, the entire Training team was very much supportive and emphatic as they helped me get better day in and day out. There are no hard and fast rules or culture and thus, it helped me in a lot of ways to be self-conscious about the dos and donts of working in the company. The office staff from other departments where all like a family and the entire LLF faculty listens to three peers and their reviews who are old respectable employees. Office work culture is good and family like. Dr Das, CEO and Founder of LLF is available all the time despite his busy schedule and he provides the best of solutions to any situation. I learnt a great deal of etiquette, training and tutoring, educating and spreading awareness on most essential topics like CPR and first aid, recruiting nurses and paramedics for OHCs and a little bit of marketing and administration. Working here gave me an opportunity of visiting industries, factories, hospitals and public gatherings to sensitise the common public about CPR and first aid programs. There are no major dislikes to talk about. This is a great place to learn from unless one has the determination to manage multiple responsibilities of growth within a short period of time. For me personally, I didn't have much family time to spend or any other recreational activities to do.
