Fitness, public bicycle station deployment is the plus point. No customer centricity and employee engagement.

Dislikes

What they commit on offer letter is not honoured. No clear, defined policy, kra, incentive. Variable pay on paper and not on reality.

Exciting. But for all communication it has to be approved by management which felt like as if they are educated and other's are illiterate.
