LIC AS A WHOLE IS EXELLENT IN INTENTIONS, And taking lot of initiatives to give Exellent services, and best paid employer.

IC AS A WHOLE IS EXELLENT IN INTENTIONS, BUT WHEN THE IMPLEMENTATION AT GRASS ROOT ARE VERY POOR WITH stereotypic environment and lethargic and discrimination among employees towards customers and field forces.

Working at LIC is good as the organisation is mighty and huge . Work life balance at LIC is good with good office environment.

Dislikes

But the marketing side of LIC is very disturbing as the product is pushed to customer and not owned by the majority of customer. Secondly the the product range of LIC is not so attractive as demanded by zenzy.

Like the job honestly very good job if one likes to do business , team building etc . But tough job if you just want to be at the comfort of a govt job and sit easy . It’s purely a business and leadership role where you have to basically recruit , train , develop and bring business via your team . Everything you have to do . There’s no job security in your probation. You can get terminated if you don’t achieve your targets . After confirmation you still have to perform well but chance of termination post confirmation is basically low still there’s no security if you don’t perform decently . If you perform average and above in business this job is extremely superb for you
