Its a very good team work. Higher cadre is also cooperative, suggestive, acceptance of lower cadre's appeals as a overall performance of the Corporation to achieve and attain the targets thereby fulfilling the aspirations of the work performers from bottom to top. Really a very good work culture.

Work Details

As a Supervisory Cadre I used supervise the work done by my subordinates with the cooperation of higher cadre to satisfy the esteemed policy holders.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Job is well secured, work culture is good and co-operative, management is comfortable and suggestive in getting the work done with in stipulated time, corporation policies are welfare oriented with strict implementation and Insurance Policies are beneficial to the esteemed policy holders.

Dislikes

No question of disliking, all are happily working as they are being paid very good salaries and other benefits like LTC and Housing loans@less interest etc.
