I worked for LIC OF INDIA, for 38 yr. I am fully satisfied for recruiting people interested in life insurance marketing, training them to= achieve goals, earning commission, reaching higher status, conducting regular motivational programmes, to have own vehicle, house, mataining friendly neighborhood, making them to live like a good citizen.

Only problem always marketing persons be alert to compete with others, and trying hard to retain the present position.
