They are not provide you single rupee during training & always telling you do referrals, every month salary will be half if you pass your training by saying you have not completed attendance criteria, sales any silly things salary date is also not fixed nothing is fixed it’s totally fraud dont waste your time .

Would not recommend to anyone but if you are not getting anywhere then you can gain some experience here.

Currently I'm the OJT period, and we are asked to bring sales via referrals. They want you to work 24/7. Even a 12 hour shift doesn't give them any satisfaction. We get low quality leads and we are expected to bring sales on them. Their lead generation is pathetic. Don't think of job security. They don't provide refunds to clients (they promise 100% refunds, one can check online)

There is nothing to like about this company. Do not join this company it will ruin your happiness and career.

They treat their employees terribly. Won't let you use washroom. Lot of politics. Horrible work environment. You can only survive there if you butter up your managers. Reporting managers will talk in offensive language. There is no time to eat or drink water. There are no benefits for employees. It is work from office, no social distancing. only if you are able to do significant number of sales daily then only you'll be able survive and after six months salary will be around 55k .

no politeness,no gym,no cafeteria except coffee,no wfh for bda abusive words used,work pressure very high for those who dont like sales, no job security,if you like sales then it can be good otherwise maybe a nightmare
