I would strongly recommend not work in this organization, I will be giving constructive feedback hope this helps. Their company policy changes are not informed to employees The HR department is nonexistent Their lead acquiring team is not good The pay and working hours are really very bad and since marketing is a performance-based job, incentives are hard to come by because leads are bad.
