There's nothing to like about this company. I have worked with LIDO for a very short period and that was the terrible mistake I ever made in choosing a job and I regret for doing so. It is one of the worst management I have ever come across, they never bother about their inputs they just want the output in the form of sale. However their product may be you just need to sell it by fooling the customers. Every minute you need to sit in front of the camera in the meet with the manager for the whole day, and it's really pathetic to ask permission even to get out of the screen and go for the restroom, you have to take permission to eat. Is this the way a corporate company works? By having a single day week off in a week also you have to work for 12 hours recklessly, They don't even have a proper database to connect the customers, and they literally ask you to sell to your neighbors and friends and family by whatever means they just need sale that's it. They just trap fresh graduates by offering a good package and there people fall for the scam. I really don't recommend anyone to enter into such toxic work environment....Read More

The company is closed but they had good payment. Although they never paid on time. Some of my salary is even pending its been more than 4 months

It was worse experience out of all jobs. I had to leave the job becoz there was no time left for myself. They used to take midnight meetings and no weekend at all. After leaving the job they said they'll complete my full and final after 90 days but it's been more than 4 months & since then, they never showed up.

It was a horrible experience. I was excited at the beginning, but the excitement soon wore off when I realised that the company doesn't have any work-life balance or any ethics. They made me work beyond the working hours during the supposed "training period" and after having made me work for 21 days, they rejected my application because I failed to close one sale during the On-the-job (OJT) training period. The company didn't even respond to my emails when one of my customers got back to me days after the OJT period to enroll their kids for Lido Maths course.
