Would not recommend to anyone but if you are not getting anywhere then you can gain some experience here.

Currently I'm the OJT period, and we are asked to bring sales via referrals. They want you to work 24/7. Even a 12 hour shift doesn't give them any satisfaction. We get low quality leads and we are expected to bring sales on them. Their lead generation is pathetic. Don't think of job security. They don't provide refunds to clients (they promise 100% refunds, one can check online)

The company puts unrealistic pressure on BDAs and expect a lot and the recurring pips are worst. A lot of pressure also takes toll on health

Dislikes

Working hours are mostly 12 hrs a day. No HR to look forward to. Management is weak and unprofessional. Payscale is good but sales based salary

No job security, you will be under PIP if no sale made in 21 days its been 3 months and im still waiting for F&F

only if you are able to do significant number of sales daily then only you'll be able survive and after six months salary will be around 55k .

Dislikes

no politeness,no gym,no cafeteria except coffee,no wfh for bda abusive words used,work pressure very high for those who dont like sales, no job security,if you like sales then it can be good otherwise maybe a nightmare
