Company wise licious is good they have flexibility on timings and work

Company wise licious is good, but People are too political not at all friendly and very few managers are doing good and few managers are bad they don't promote even after 3-4 yrs few remained as sde 1 from 2-3 yrs and few managers don't come to office, communication between manager and perr is very low resulting in very less clarity arround the task and sprint, people call during off hours even though it's not important and few engineering managers think they want control of all the teams they involve rants on slack and blame game is too much here, this is totally a political company for tech folks here they don't discuss engineering they discuss politics...Read More

Extremely poor management. The project focus changes very rapidly, it is a startup. Some of the technical decisions made by the managers and upper executives just don't make sense for the technological growth of the organization. Teams such as the DevOps team lack vision and a proper leader to transition into platform engineering.

I like about Licious is work flow the supply of meat from farm to wherehouse and From wherehouse to the hubs and from hubs to coustomers Without any disturbance in supply for a single day... Every single team work very sincerely towards there job

Salary is the issue, increment happens once in a year and last year april 2024 there was no increment atall to computer operators or packers everyone is working hard but increment happens to some of selective people and that's not fair
