there is nothing positive about company except money....you have to work on holiday also.....whole compny work culture is very pathetic......every day 11 hours minimum.....they only hire when you are already in notice period....I would recomment dont fall in this trap.....your life will be hell...Read More

No work life balance amount of efforts putting doesn't have any value. Some odd days need to work about 14 hours. Which is deliberately ignored during appraisal

As it is MNC it's always privilege to work at LG. Also it's the name which everyone knows. Work culture is good in the sense everything is stabilized and we have to work based on the HQ standards. There is scope in the filed of projects, which evaluates very aspect of your work.

Dislikes

Thing which I didn't like is traveling, office is outside Pune so it's too much distance to travel. So the work life balance is affected.

Job was interesting, got ownership and responsibility of product. Being a part of R&D team was a bit tuff but knowledge gained was very benifitting

Systems are strong. All work done on LG internal systems and softwares.

Dislikes

Its work culture. Top Indian management do not care about new employees. Low compensations and very less appraisals. Late sitting and too much reporting. No engineers required here, only skill required is good hand in MS Office Excel & Power Point.
