They are making huge pressure on employees, There is no holidays or leave applicable(not as per policy). Too much humiliation. Even they cancell weekoff time on time, not for bigdays, even in lean months when sale is low....

worst worth culture and office atmosphere

I was a Branch Product Trainer at GSM department. After close down of GSM department I was shifted in HEHA department. After shifting none of the staff has co-operated with me. Every time I was humiliated that in GSM section I have done nothing. I have started as a SSE in GSM department back 10th Aug 2012. Later on 2018 January I was promoted as BPT after that I was with the company till GSM was there. But wherever I have shifted to HEHA from RBH to ASM everytime and Every hour they tried to prove I am incapable and not suitable for the section. They humiliated all the time. All the task given by RBH sir and Asm Sir I have tried to be done by hook or crook but If I achieved the same then also they humiliated me with another purpose. Later I was tortured mentally to resign from the post. I have down my paper atlast. Its was like 5years to have 2months in the system of HEHA. But in GSM section I have spend best professional part of my life under BM Sir Bidish Chatterjee and NPT Abhradeep Basumallik my reporting boses. I will remember them rest of my life still I alive. There are huge internal politics you can't survive on the system without somebody's hand in your head (Like RBH, BM and ASM). Offroll employees are treated to be like a beggar in the company. Everytime they will show you bloody as a offroll employee and humiliation at its most.

I have learnt everything from GSM section. But in HEHA it's horrible experience I have never thought in my dream.
