My teammates are the only ones I like it there. We were working great on duty and caring about others off duty. There was nothing like I am their Superior and they are my inferiors. Every goal we tried to achieve together.

Dislikes

The management was horrible, especially at the time of giving salaries. They expect us to follow time but they forget to credit salaries in time. They request to work overtime at seasons but they never paid a single penny. They don't even grant a leave at the time of urgency. They also forget their promises they made.

Mainly my work is to allot compalints to concerned technicians, following up, receiving feed back and closing the calls. Sometimes I have to handle stubborn customers and see that the job to be completed in time.

The work pressure is very high,lots of reports send daily basis. But growth is very slow.I do receive lots of appreciation from my customer,but still no increments.

On daily basis collect calls from customers and call center, entry these calls in PC,take print out and distribute to engineer, take feed back than close call,make mis report,. Lots of mails everyday
