Too many things at this company is below average. Work life balance is pathetic. Too much of unnecessary reports and 0 work on it as the reports change on daily basis. The senior management care 2 hoots of whats happening at branch or regional level. They just don't seem to care about the diversities in the country and look to see through India with the same perspective and expectations across.
