Good brand name but not good culture

Dislikes

Work life balance is very poor and you have to work on Sunday as well, daily reporting time is 8:30 am, no holiday, not a good environment to work here at all.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
