No job security, work culture is hell and management is on sleeping mode ur queries will never be addressed, all policies are in the favour of company there is nothing for the employee.

There is no job security, work culture is very very poor , so much pressure for add on sales , unnecessary salary deduction and no clarification will be given for the same , everything is there for the customer benefit but nothing is for the employees benefit. Growth opportunities are zero salary increments zero in last 5 years I have not even got 500 rs increment from company's side the salary is same from last 5 years . Work life is like hell. Area Manager puts lot of pressure and target the store managers for unnecessary things . No leaves on weekends and festivals until ur family members or you in the hospital and the worst part that u have to give proofs for that also

waste of time... unchi dukan feeka pakwan. Senior management have nothing for the store employees. Only targets, NPS, Blu lens becho, waste of time

During covid when we had utmost need of money, mr peeyush bansal deducted salary of store staff by 30% and after that no increment . From last 1 year I am getting only 3/4 of my salary which was promised by lenskart. HR se pucho to kete hai k policy hai. Stressful job inviorment. can fire u anytime. No increment from last 2 years.
