1.If detractors comes for quality issue also then also the staff only has to cover by getting promoters 2. Many time there's no information for app Or software update 3. Area Operational Manager think that the Store Managers are their Prisoners. Lenskart might be a good company for others, but it was not good for me at all. In fact, my AOM (Bhanu Joshi) in Faridabad was not good either. He only lies, and I even have call recordings of how he tries to lure people by offering petty cash. He had trapped me in a way, but thankfully, I managed to get out. Otherwise, who knows what kind of trouble he might have gotten me into.
